GENESIS DETAILED OUTLINE

Copyright, Scott Souza 2017

Note 1: After the first section, each section discusses a subject or person(s) mentioned in a previous section, usually the section just before it. It gives fuller information starting with a broad view and then narrowing the focus in a series of steps in preparation for the next section, and sometimes in preparation for more than one of the sections which follow.

Note 2: Genesis sets the thematic tone for all the rest of Scripture. Fundamentally Scripture is a relational document; it describes God's relationship with all of mankind (redeemed and unredeemed) and prescribes the covenantal blessings and obligations for those who know him (i. e.., the redeemed). (Psalm 19:7; Acts 26:18; 2 Timothy 3:15 17)
