Explanation: Not long after healing the demoniac boy, Jesus took his disciples aside and told them for a second time about his death and resurrection. Prior to healing the demoniac boy he had been transfigured. Jesus framed these two events (the glory of his transfiguration and his power over Satanic forces) with warnings about his demise. Victory was coming; but before that, so was dire trouble and death. Depicted in the illumination above is the arrest of Jesus which was followed by his crucifixion and resurrection as he predicted in the Scriptures below.

Luke 9:43a And they were all amazed at the mighty power of God. But while they wondered every one at all things which Jesus did
Mark 9:30 they departed thence, and passed through Galilee; and he would not that any man should know it.
Matthew 17:22a And while they abode in Galilee, Mark 9:31 he taught his disciples, and said unto them,
Luke 9:44 Let these sayings sink down into your ears: for the Son of man shall be delivered [Mt 17:22c - betrayed] into the hands of men.
Mark 9:31b and they shall kill him; and after that he is killed, he shall rise the third day.
Matthew 17:23b And they were exceeding sorry.
Luke 9:45 But they understood not this saying, and it was hid from them, that they perceived it not: and they feared to ask him of that saying.
