Explanation: After Judas left the upper room on Thursdsy evening of the Passover Week, Jesus instituted the Lord's Supper. This may have been during the third cup ('the cup of redemption') of the Passovewr feast. It has since become a frequent and regular celebration in the Chirstian church, usually not limited to once a year as was the case with the Passover.
